I have been waiting for it to snow so I can take a cool pic for my header. I was looking through We Heart It for some inspirational winter pics. I found a bunch that I really love so I thought I would share them with you! I hope you enjoy!

Photo Editing Fun

I edited these photos and I think they look pretty sweet. All I did was add a vignette around the edges and then play with the temperature of the photo. I did it using iPhoto but the editing skills I used are pretty simple so I am sure you can do it using almost any editing program.

The first two are black and white photos and the second two are coloured photos. Let me know if you try it out!

Feet : What will be the next big thing?

People seem to really like to take feet pictures lately. Its all about owls, mustaches and feet. haha.
I don't know what exactly brings on all of these new trends. What do you think will be the next big thing?

Learning to Edit Photos

I downloaded the trial version of Aperture [it's like photoshop but for mac] and have been trying to learn how to use it. There are so many cool things you can do with it. I spent some time watching some of the How-To videos this morning. Here are a few I edited for fun today. 

With these six I was playing with the black and white feature

With these two I used the vintage look 

It is really fun to play with. I am looking forward to learning how to do all of the other cool stuff with it. I don't understand all of the terms yet but I am going to keep practicing.
